Waiver Required Before Play
To ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone, we require all parents/guardians to complete a waiver for each child participating. If you're the event renter, a separate waiver is also required. Both can be completed quickly online using the links and QR codes provided

We offer free delivery for events on the peninsula within 20 miles of Port Ludlow, WA. If you are outside our range, a small delivery fee will be added to your final quote.

We recommend at least 20×30 feet of flat, open space. The surface must be free of sharp objects, slopes, and low-hanging branches or power lines.

Safety first! If weather looks bad (heavy rain, high wind), we’ll work with you to reschedule or offer a full rain credit. If weather changes on the day-of, we’ll coordinate with you for the best plan.

Yes — but it needs to be secured differently. Let us know in advance if you need setup on concrete, asphalt, or turf so we can bring the proper anchors.

Nope — cleaning is on us. We just ask that you remove personal items, trash, or big messes (think: cake, gum, confetti). Additional cleaning fees apply for major spills or misuse.

We offer full refunds for weather or emergency-related cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice. For last-minute changes, we can reschedule or apply your payment as a credit.

Yes. Our equipment meets industry safety standards, and we perform a full inspection before every setup. We’re insured and compliant with Washington state safety guidelines.

We serve the Olympic Peninsula and surrounding areas. Delivery is free within 20 miles of Port Ludlow, WA; a small mileage fee applies beyond that. Ask us for a quick quote based on your location.
